Websites for universities and colleges
A website where applicants choose your university: in a minute they see the programme, entry requirements, fees and the next step. Fast on phones, accessible to people with disabilities, with a CMS for your staff.
A website built around applicants
Every programme gets its own page with entry requirements, fees, intake dates and deadlines. A programme finder, side-by-side comparison and a clear path from first visit to application.
Accessibility by law, not as an add-on
Public universities in the EU and the UK must make their websites accessible. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA (EN 301 549), publish an accessibility statement and add a panel for text size, contrast and dark mode.
International students
Pages for applicants from abroad in clear English: how to apply, visas and arrival, housing, scholarships, safety — with one contact form instead of scattered e-mail addresses.
A CMS your staff can use
Admissions, faculties and the press office edit texts, fees and places themselves, with roles and approval. Faculty sites live in one system with one design. No developer needed for daily changes.
Analytics for leadership
During admissions — applications by faculty, competition per place and intake against targets in simple charts. After admissions — a summary of which programmes were under-filled and how demand changed against last year, to plan the next intake and marketing.
Fast on phones, visible in AI search
Most applicants come from a phone. We put a speed target of 90/100 on key pages into the contract and check whether ChatGPT and other AI search tools describe your university correctly.
What it looks like
Screenshots from the English part of our closed demo. The university is fictional and the figures are illustrative. Programme pages and the programme finder in the demo are in Ukrainian because they follow Ukrainian admissions rules; for your university we build them around your admissions process, in English and your national language.

Accessibility: what the law requires
- In the EU, the Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102) requires public sector bodies, including public universities, to have accessible websites and an accessibility statement.
- In the UK, the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 set the same duty for universities and colleges.
- The technical standard behind both is EN 301 549, which refers to WCAG 2.1 AA.
Already have a website? Start with an accessibility audit: you get a report and exact instructions for your developer.
What your university gets
- Rights to the design and content of the website pass to the university; the software platform comes with a long-term licence.
- A widely used technology (Next.js): any developer can work on the code, so you do not depend on us.
- A guide for editors, a training session and technical documentation.
- Speed and accessibility targets written into the contract: 90/100 on key pages at handover, WCAG 2.1 AA.
How we work
- A short online call with your leadership, admissions and IT teams.
- A specification that belongs to the university: pages, roles in the CMS, content migration.
- First phase: home, admissions, programmes, faculties, programme finder, international students, CMS.
- Second phase: faculty sites, news, research, migration of old pages without losing search rankings.
- Support: updates before each admissions cycle, speed and security, a monthly report.
We work remotely from Lviv, Ukraine, in English. If your university buys through a public tender, we take part in it.
Price
Each university gets its own proposal with scope, timeline and cost after a short call. The price depends on the number of programmes, faculties, languages and pages to migrate.
What we do not do
We do not invent facts: the website shows only what the university publishes or provides. We do not promise “100 out of 100” — we put a realistic target into the contract. We do not guarantee the number of applications: applicants decide, we make the decision easy.
