We give you the price and the launch date. Free and with no obligation.
We sign a contract and a non-disclosure agreement before you share any materials.
We show interim versions, test speed, security and accessibility, launch the site and support it.

After the brief we give you the price and launch date, and they do not change in the contract. Anything outside the brief is separate and only with your consent.
Two rounds of revisions at no extra cost.
50% after signing the contract, 50% after acceptance. For large projects — three payments: 30 / 40 / 30. The price is fixed in US dollars; payment is in hryvnias at the National Bank of Ukraine rate on the invoice date. By bank transfer, with an invoice and an acceptance certificate.
We fix errors that do not match the brief free of charge for 30 days after launch. We start on the day you report them and fix them within three working days; if the site is completely down, the same day.
We hand over the domain, hosting, code and all passwords to you after final payment. You do not depend on the studio.

Independent Ukrainian media with up to 10 staff, registered with the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting, get 20% off website development (except complex platforms with user accounts). Payment in three instalments is possible.
Before we receive the advance payment we may decline the work: if we cannot meet your deadline, if the task is outside our specialisation, or if we do not see how to do it well. We tell you straight away, free of charge and without explaining why, and point you to someone else where we can. Once the advance is paid, we fulfil the contract in full.

Website support. After launch, we update dependencies, check the site for vulnerabilities every week and add new pages and forms.
Audits and one-off work. You do not have to commission a whole website at once: you can start with an audit or a small job — OPSEC review, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility check, domain and email, speed work, an English version. Each has a price and a timeline.

Yes, before you share any materials with us. For defence companies it is a mandatory step, not an option.
No. Before starting we check the client’s registration documents in official registers. We publish only genuine photos and videos of your work or products and valid certificates provided by you, which we verify. We do not build websites for fictional companies or use other people’s photos or fabricated certificates. If you have no good photos or videos, we arrange a shoot with a trusted photographer. Kraigard is our own demo website, and it states clearly that the company is fictional.

By default, on hosting with a global content delivery network: fast and resilient under load. If needed, on a server in Ukraine or the EU.
Hosting and the domain cost from $250 a year. By default this is Vercel, served from European data centres; prices as of September 2026. You pay these invoices directly, because the domain, hosting and access are yours. A server in Ukraine or the EU is charged separately. Support after launch, if you need it, is a separate monthly contract.
We can build an admin panel with roles and publication approval — like the one we built for the editorial team of our own literary platform (case study on this site). Or we make the changes as part of support.
Yes, as web apps (PWA): the website installs on a phone’s home screen as an icon and works like a regular app. Notifications and offline access to pages already opened can be added. Such an app can be published on Google Play. Apple usually does not accept apps that are just a website into the App Store: that needs a native app, and we do not build those. For most companies a web app is enough, and it costs less, because it is one product instead of a website and two apps.
