We build websites with AI and check every page by hand: copy, accessibility, speed and security. That is why our prices are lower than a traditional agency’s and our timelines shorter — and a person still answers for the result.
Our stack: Next.js, React and TypeScript for the site itself; Vercel or Cloudflare Pages for hosting; Supabase when the site needs a database or user accounts; Cloudflare for domain management and protection; GitHub for code and the full history of changes. Form enquiries arrive in Telegram and by email.
The accounts are yours, and we hand over the code after final payment. If you later move to another developer, they get a standard modern project, not a closed builder.
How much does a website cost, and what drives the price
The cost of building a website comes down to five things.
Scope. A landing page is one page for one service or product. Start is 5–7 pages. A corporate website has a product catalogue, news and a press centre.
Languages. Every solution includes one language — English or Ukrainian. A second language is optional on a landing page and included from Start upwards. A third language is extra; the Turnkey shop and Platform solutions already include it.
Features. An admin panel, user accounts and integrations with payment providers, a CRM or government e-services affect the price most.
Design. A 5–7 page website is built on our proven design system with your logo and colours — faster and cheaper. A corporate website gets a custom design.
Materials. Timelines assume texts, photos and approvals from you arrive within 2 working days. We help with copy.
Security and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility are part of every website we build and are never sold separately.

A separate monthly contract. Not everyone needs it: if changes are rare, we make them one by one as agreed.
€190 — Landing page or small website. Dependency and security updates, a monthly report, small text and photo edits — up to 2 hours a month.
€290 — Corporate website. The same plus news and product pages — up to 5 hours a month.
€250 / €390 — Online shop — Basic / Turnkey. Updates and security, daily backups, a monthly report, changes — up to 4 / up to 7 hours a month; the Turnkey shop adds payment and error monitoring and priority response. Hosting and database are separate, about €45–50 a month.
€490 — Platform with user accounts and an admin panel. The same plus error monitoring, backups and priority response — up to 10 hours a month.
Support paid a year in advance is 10% off. New sections and features are agreed and charged separately. We reply within one working day.
Terms
- Prices are in euros; payment is in euros by bank transfer, against our invoice. Work costing up to €1,000 is paid 100% in advance; above that, in instalments: 50 / 50, or 30 / 40 / 30 for large projects.
- Small independent Ukrainian media (up to 10 staff, registered with the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting) get 20% off all solutions except Platform.
- Veteran-owned businesses (the owner is a Ukrainian war veteran with a combatant or war-disability certificate) get 15% off all solutions except Platform.
- If you order a Start website or a larger solution (online shop, Corporate, Platform), or a redesign of the same scope, from us within 60 days of an audit, the full cost of the audit is deducted from its price. Discounts cannot be combined.
- Accessibility audits start at €99 (Quick Check of 3 pages); full audits from €590. Details are on the Website audit page.
- Timelines assume texts, photos and approvals from you arrive within 2 working days.
- Before the advance payment we may decline a project — if we cannot meet your deadline or the task is outside our specialisation. We tell you straight away, free of charge.

How much does it cost to build a website?
Landing page from €690, defence landing page from €1,390, 5–7 page website from €2,900, online shop from €3,900 (Basic) or €6,500 (Turnkey), corporate website from €9,900, platform with user accounts from €24,900. We give you the exact amount and launch date after the brief, free of charge.
Which currency do we pay in?
In euros, by bank transfer against our invoice. The price in the contract does not change with exchange rates.
Can we pay in instalments?
Work costing up to €1,000 is paid 100% in advance. Above that: 50 / 50, or 30 / 40 / 30 for large projects.
How much does it cost to keep the website running?
Hosting is free for every solution except online shops: a shop needs paid hosting and a database, about €45–50 a month, plus payment provider fees per transaction. Websites with an admin panel (Start and above) also need a database, billed by the provider at about $25 a month. You provide the domain: register it to your company, and we connect it to the website free of charge. You pay these invoices directly, because all accounts are yours. A server in Ukraine or the EU is charged separately.
What is not included in the price?
Photography and video production; the domain, which you provide; a database for websites with an admin panel, at about $25 a month from the provider; and support after launch — that is a separate monthly contract. We do not push support on you: signing it is optional, the domain, hosting and access are yours, the code is handed over after final payment, and individual changes can be ordered one by one.
How long does development take?
From a week for a landing page to 6 weeks or more for a platform.
Are there discounts?
Yes. Small independent Ukrainian media get 20% off all solutions except Platform. Veteran-owned Ukrainian businesses get 15% off all solutions except Platform. The cost of an audit is deducted from the price of a Start website or a larger solution (online shop, Corporate, Platform) ordered within 60 days. Support paid a year in advance is 10% off.
