The binding public offer is published in Ukrainian and applies to payments made on this site within Ukraine.

Who it applies to

Individuals and single-tax sole proprietors in Ukraine who pay for a service on this site by card (LiqPay) or by invoice. The full text is in Ukrainian: Публічна оферта.

Companies and clients outside Ukraine

For companies and clients outside Ukraine, the contractor and payment details are specified in the contract. Scope, price, schedule and refunds are set out in that contract.

Refunds in short

  • Work not started: full refund within 14 days of payment.
  • Work started at your request: refund minus the part already done.
  • Service delivered and accepted: no refund; defects are fixed free for 30 days.
  • Refunds go back to the same card or account within 7 days of approval. Write to hello@olbo.com.ua.
