How we work

PaymentFixed price. Once we confirm your brief, we send a link to the order page with the full contract, three required checkboxes and a 50% card prepayment via LiqPay; the rest on delivery, with a fiscal receipt.
DeadlineRuns from the prepayment and receipt of all materials.
ChangesTwo rounds after the draft (one round and one detail change for invitations).
Warranty30 days for anything that does not match what was agreed.
DeliveryWe show the finished site on our test server; you check it within 5 working days and sign an acceptance certificate (qualified e-signature, Diia.Signature or an email). After the certificate and the final 50% we move the site to your account and hand over the code, guide and access. A stage you do not answer within 7 days counts as approved; we remind you 2 days before.
Your rightsUntil the order is fully performed you can cancel by email. We refund the prepayment minus the value of completed stages: a stage is completed when you approve it with “I approve” or do not reply within 7 days after we sent the result (see Annex 2). We never ask for more than the prepayment. Once the fully finished site has been sent to you for review, the prepayment is not refunded. If we miss the deadline through our fault, we refund 100%. To get a refund, send the application form (Annex 4 to the contract, in Ukrainian; download the form (Word)) with your passport or ID card details and Ukrainian taxpayer number (if you have one), signed by e-signature or by hand on a scan; do not send a copy of the passport. Refunds within 7 days of receiving the application, with a refund receipt: to the card you paid with or, if it is closed or a refund to it is impossible, to an IBAN account in your name.

  1. You create the accounts with your own email; we help by email or Telegram and never ask for your passwords.
  2. You invite us as helpers.
  3. We build the site on our test server and show it to you by a password-protected link; after the certificate and the final payment we move it to your account.
  4. On delivery we send a detailed guide with screenshots on changing texts, photos and news. During the 30-day warranty we answer your questions by email.
  5. You remove us from the accounts and get an archive of the code.
  6. The site then runs without us; you only pay for the domain once a year.

The admin panel: open your-site/admin, sign in with GitHub, edit plain fields and press Publish — changes appear in 1–2 minutes.
