Website Checker — terms of use

1. Who provides the service

The free Website Checker at olbo.com.ua/en/website-checker is provided by OLBO PRODUCTION LLC (TOV «OLBO PRODAKSHEN»), a company registered in Ukraine, company code (EDRPOU) 42772536, registered address: 7A Kruhla St., apt. 104, Lviv 79068, Ukraine; hello@olbo.com.ua.

2. What the program does — and does not do

The program reads only what a website shows to any visitor: its home page and public feed, response headers and certificate, public DNS records and public registries (IP and domain registries, the web archive, vulnerability and software support databases, Google services). It makes a small number of ordinary requests, the same as a browser visiting the page.

It does not try passwords, does not log in, does not scan ports, does not bypass any protection, does not send attack traffic and does not change anything on the website.

3. Your confirmations

When you run a check, you confirm that:

• you check your own website, a website you work on, or a website you have a legitimate interest in (for example, as a customer, partner or prospective buyer of services);
• you will not use the program or its results to harm, harass, defame or mislead anyone, to plan an attack, or to break any law;
• you will not run checks automatically or in bulk, and will not try to get around the limit of 5 checks per hour;
• when you share a result, you will present it as what it is: an automated, approximate check of public data on a specific date.

4. Nature of the results — no warranty

Results are generated automatically from public data and third-party sources, which can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. The year a site was created is always approximate. A colour or score is an indicator, not an expert opinion, certification or legal assessment, including of compliance with the European Accessibility Act or any other law. The free check is provided «as is», without any warranty. If you need the result for an important decision (a contract with a developer, an inspection by an authority, preparing for certification by another organisation), order a manual audit. Neither the check nor an OLBO manual audit is a certificate or replaces the opinion of a certification body.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OLBO PRODUCTION LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the free check or from decisions made on its basis, or for how third parties use results shared by you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

6. Full report (€25) and guarantee

The full report explains every finding, gives step-by-step fixes for your developer, one list of fixes in priority order and a PDF. Before payment we ask who pays and in which currency. Private individuals pay the sole proprietor Bohdan Khomyn (OLBO, Ukraine) — by card on this site (charged in Ukrainian hryvnias at the fixed amount shown) or by invoice in EUR or USD. Companies and businesses pay OLBO PRODUCTION LLC by invoice in EUR, USD or UAH. Bank charges are paid by the payer. The report is sent within 24 hours after payment is received.

Credit. If you order any OLBO audit or a new website within 30 days after paying for the full report, the amount you paid (€25, or €22.50 with a recommendation) is credited towards its price. The credit applies once.

• If we do not send the report within 24 hours after payment, we refund the full amount on request.
• If the report has an error or you consider it incomplete, write to hello@olbo.com.ua within 14 days of receiving it, saying what is missing or wrong and why. We will rework the report free of charge and send the updated version within 3 working days.
• The guarantee covers our work — the report. It is not a guarantee of the security, accessibility or any other state of your website.

7. Data we process

• The website address you enter — to run the check. Results are not stored on our servers; they live in your browser until you close the page.
• Your IP address — only in the server memory, to apply the limit of 5 checks per hour; it is not written to our database or shared. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs.
• Your email — only if you ask us to email you the result, order the full report or register for recommendations: to send that email, the invoice, the report or your personal link. We do not add it to any mailing list.

Legal bases: our legitimate interest in providing the service and protecting it from abuse, and taking steps at your request before a contract (the full report). Details and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Website owners

If you own a website and do not want it to be checked, or believe a result about it is wrong, write to hello@olbo.com.ua. We will review it and, where justified, correct the program or block checks of your domain.

9. Recommendations (10% + 10%)

To take part, register with your email under a check result. We send a personal link and code to that email only. If a new client comes to OLBO through your link — or mentions your code or email when they first contact us — and pays for any paid OLBO service — the full report, an audit, a new website or a redesign — the new client gets 10% off their first order and you get 10% off your next order. Each discount is at most €100 (or the equivalent in another currency) and is calculated on the order amount before taxes.

The discount applies to one order, is not combined with other discounts, is not paid out in cash and is valid for 12 months. You cannot recommend yourself or your own company. It is not a reward for reviews: we do not give discounts or bonuses for reviews or ratings. We keep your email and code only to apply the discount; you can ask us to delete them at any time at hello@olbo.com.ua.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to each check. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
